The City & Guilds Professional Recognition Awards (Qualification Code: 9200) is a globally recognized UK professional qualification designed for experienced professionals. It recognizes your real work experience and professional competence without exams or classroom study.

This qualification is awarded by the City & Guilds of London Institute (UK), a respected awarding body with over 140 years of international recognition.

The 9200 qualification is competency-based and focuses on what you already do in your job. There are no written exams or lectures. Assessment is based on reflective writing and work-based evidence.

Level	Requirements	Who can Apply?
⚫️ Level 04 - Licentiateship LCGI	✔ Minimum 8–10+ years of professional experience ✔ Senior responsibility for decisions, budgets or projects ✔ Degree not mandatory – experience is key ✔ Equivalent to UK Bachelor’s degree level (professional standing)	For supervisors, team leaders and junior managers.
⚫️ Level 05 - Affiliateship AfCGI	✔ Minimum 5–8 years of relevant work experience ✔ Responsibility for managing people, projects or operations ✔ Diploma, HND or Degree helpful but not compulsory ✔ Ability to write a structured professional account	For managers and experienced professionals.
⚫ Level 06 - Graduateship GCGI	✔ ️Minimum 8–10+ years of professional experience ✔ senior responsibility for decisions, budgets or projects ✔ Degree not mandatory – experience is key ✔ Equivalent to UK Bachelor’s degree level (professional standing)	For senior managers and professionals.
⚫️ Level 07 - Membership MCGI	✔ Minimum 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience ✔ Strategic responsibility for organizations or departments ✔ egree or Master’s not compulsory ✔ Eivalent to UK Master’s level (professional recognition)	For directors and senior leaders.
